abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to novel compounds of formula T-B for use as dispersants and for inhibiting scaling and a method for production thereof, where B represents -X-N(W)(ZPO 3 M 2 ), X is a C 2 -C 50 hydrocarbon, optionally substituted with OH or COOH; Z is C 1 -C 6 alkylene; M is H; W is ZPO 3 M 2 ; T is selected from: (I)MOOC-X-N(U)-; (II) MOOC-C(X 2 ) 2 -N(U)-; (iii) MOOC-X-S-; (IVi) [X(HO) n (N-U) n ] n -; (Vi) U-N(U)-[X-N(U)] n -; (Vii) D-S-; (VIIIi) MOOC-X-O-; (IXi) MOOC-C(X 2 ) 2 -O; (Xi) NHR"- ; and (XIi) (DCO) 2 -N-.
