FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention comprises producing nano-heterogeneous material based on whisker crystals of n-type oxides SnO 2 , ZnO, In 2 O 3 and nano-clusters of p-type oxides CuO, NiO, Co 3 O 4 immobilised on the surface of said crystals.
