FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 3-phenoxymethyl-pyrrolidines of formula n , n given below, where R 1 stands for -C 2-6 alkyl, -C 3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted with 1 or 2 fluorine atoms, -C 2-6 alkenyl and -C 2-6 alkinyl; R 2 -R 6 independently stand for hydrogen, halogen, -C 1-6 alkyl, -CF 3 , -O-C 1-6 alkyl, -CN, -C(O)-C 1-6 alkyl, -S-C 1-6 alkyl,-C 3-8 cycloalkyl and -NO 2 ; or R 4 and R 5 are taken together with the formation of -CH=CH-CH=CH-; or R 5 and R 6 are taken together with the formation of -CH-CH=CH-CH-; on condition that when R 1 stands for ethyl, R 2 stands for fluorine-, R 4 stands for chlorine-, R 5 stands for hydrogen, and R 6 stands for hydrogen, then R 3 does not stand for fluorine- or chlorine-; or to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The compounds of formula (I) are serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors.
