titleOfInvention Foaming agent for floatation of minerals
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mineral processing and can be used in floatation of minerals. Use of monosubstituted tertiary α-acetylene alcohols of general formula RR'C(OH)C≡CH (R=CH 3 , R′=CH 3 , C 2 H 5 , CH 2 CH(CH 3 ) 2 , R+R'=(CH 2 ) 5 ) as foaming agents during floatation of minerals. Consumption of the foaming agents of general formula RR'C(OH)C≡CH (R=CH 3 , R'=CH 3 , C 2 H 5 , CH 2 CH(CH 3 ) 2 , R+R'=(CH 2 ) 5 ) in floatation of sulphide ores of non-ferrous and precious metals is 1-60 tons per ton ore, and in floatation of coal is 30-150 tons per ton coal. The composition for floatation of minerals, which includes a foaming agent of general formula RR'C(OH)C≡CH (R=CH 3 , R'=CH 3 , C 2 H 5 , CH 2 CH(CH 3 ) 2 , R+R'=(CH 2 ) 5 ), further includes a foaming agent based on alcohols with an alkyl or heteroalkyl radical. Total consumption of the foaming agents is 5-100 g per ton ore, which contains non-ferrous and/or precious metals, wherein consumption of the foaming agent based on alcohols with an alkyl or heteroalkyl radical is 20.0-80.0% with respect to the total amount of the foaming agents. Total consumption of the foaming agents is 30-150 g per ton coal, wherein consumption of the foaming agent based on alcohols with an alkyl or heteroalkyl radical is 10.0-80.0% with respect to the total amount of the foaming agents. n EFFECT: improved floatation performance and low cost of floatation while maintaining the level of extraction of minerals. n 6 cl, 4 tbl, 4 ex
