titleOfInvention Method for quantitative determination of aflatoxin b1 by differential voltammetry
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: method of determining aflatoxin B1 includes the following operations: transferring aflatoxin B1 from a sample into a solution and carrying out voltammetric accumulation of mycotoxin in a stirred solution for 30 s at electrolysis potential of (0.0±0.05)V relative to a saturated silver chloride electrode on an ammonium chlorate (NH 4 ClO 4 ) background, pH 2.0-3.0, followed by detection of anodic peaks with sweep rate of 30 mV/s, and determining concentration of aflatoxin B1 from peak height in the range of E n =(0.625±0.045)V by standard addition method. n EFFECT: invention enables use of electrodes made of nontoxic material and determination of aflatoxin B1 by anodic stripping voltammetry in the presence of dissolved oxygen without further addition of a reducing agent to the background electrolyte, wider range of determined concentrations and a technique for rapid evaluation of aflatoxin B1 in 30-40 minutes. n 2 tbl, 2 ex, 1 dwg
