titleOfInvention Multi-layered coating for structural materials
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multi-layered protective barrier coating for structural alloy V-4Cr-4Ti, which can be used for application of structural elements of thermonuclear installations, which contact with water-containing media, and prevent accumulation of hydrogen in elements of constructions, as well as leak of tritium through elements of constructions by diffusion through metal. Said multi-layered coating has adhesive and protective layers. Adhesive layer consists of activated sublayer, made by activation of its surface by high-energy beam of ions of elements, selected from the group of chrome, titanium or aluminium, and adhesive sublayer of respective metal, selected from the group of chrome, titanium or aluminium. protective layer is made in form of nano-layered protective layer, consisting of one nanostructured layer of aluminium nitride or several nanostructured layers of aluminium nitride, separated with nanostructured layers of aluminium, with said nanostructured layers being processed by beam of aluminium ions with energy not lower than 15 keV and irradiation dose not lower than 10 15 ion/cm 2 . Thickness of said aluminium sublayer of protective layer is 3-10 times less than thickness of aluminium nitride sublayer, and thickness of aluminium nitride sublayer does not exceed thickness, at which formation of columnar structures takes place and constitutes not more than 100 nm. n EFFECT: sufficient for protection against hydrogen total thickness and structure of barrier material, which possesses sufficient cohesion strength and plasticity, which provides resistance to cracking, including thermo-cyclic modes of exploitation. n 2 cl, 1 ex, 2 dwg
