FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the chemical, paint-and-varnish, food, pharmaceutical industry, and in paper production. A method of a mineral substance classification includes the classification in a gaseous medium of at least one mineral substance, which includes dolomite, or talc, or titanium dioxide, or aluminium oxide, or kaolin, or calcium carbonate, or their mixtures in the presence of at least one additive, which promotes the classification. The said additive includes glycerol in an aqueous or pure form or glycerol with one or more agents or one or more polyglycerols in the absence of glycerol. The classification results in obtaining at least two fractions of particles with different average size. n EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the air classification efficiency, prevent agglomeration of particles, reduce specific energy of classification with obtaining the mineral substance for further application in a water medium. n 27 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
