abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining a water dispersion of a hybrid polymer, which includes a polymer of autoxidative structuring and an additive polymer. The invention additionally relates to the water dispersion of the hybrid polymer, obtained by the claimed method, its application for obtaining compositions for coating application, to compositions for the application of coatings, including the hybrid polymer dispersion as a binding agent. The method of obtaining the hybrid polymer water dispersion includes the hybrid polymer from the polymer of auotoxidative structuring and the additive polymer, where at the stage of the first polymerisation the first dispersion of the hybrid polymer is formed by binding polymerisation of vinyl monomers in the presence of the dispersed polymer of autoxidative structuring. The method is characterised by the fact that at the stage of secondary polymerisation centres of the secondary polymerisation emerge in the first dispersion of the hybrid polymer and polymerisation of the residual vinyl monomer from the stage of the first polymerisation takes place, with the centres of the secondary polymerisation being formed after, at least, 75% conversion of the vinyl monomers at the stage of the first polymerisation is achieved. n EFFECT: coatings have a good stability, good tack-free time and open time, non-stickiness of dust. n 14 cl, 4 tbl, 9 ex
