FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: gum base contains a food triblock copolymer with a molecular weight equal to 6000-400000 Da. The said triblock copolymer has a soft medium block and rigid end blocks. The soft medium block accounts for at least 30 % of the total weight of the three block copolymer. Glass transition temperature T g of each rigid end block is lower than 70°C.
