titleOfInvention | Method of obtaining rubber filler |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry, in particular to methods of producing fillers for rubber mixtures based on carbon and silicon dioxide powder. The method includes obtaining basic powder with a composition, wt %: SiO 2 (23.6-95.8) + C (1.0-70.7) + admixture Fe 2 O 3 (0.12-0.35) + admixtures of oxides K 2 O, CaO, Al 2 O 3 , Na 2 O, MgO - the remaining part, burning of rice husk, milling, sifting, obtaining a cladding coating, application of the cladding coating on the base powder, granulation. The base powder is obtained from an initial or preliminarily processed with anaerobic bacteria rice husk by burning at a temperature of 300-700°C, keeping the rate of temperature rise 2-10°C/min. After that, a water-acid solution of a cladding rubber-containing substance from rubber-bearing plants or from artificial latex is obtained, the obtained ingredients are mixed, dried at a temperature of 110-120°C with constant mixing, rubbed through a sieve with obtaining the granulated filler with a composition, wt %: SiO 2 (22.2-94.8) + С (1-70) + rubber (1-4) + admixture Fe 2 O 3 (0.14-0.22) + admixtures of oxides K 2 O, СаО, Al 2 O 3 , Na 2 O, MgO - the remaining part. n EFFECT: rubbers, obtained with novel fillers, have improved physical-mechanical characteristics. n 4 cl, 6 tbl |
