FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 2,2'-bipyridyl-6,6'-dicarboxylic acid diamides of formula , where X=R 1 =H, R 2 =4-C 6 H 13 , or X=R 1 =H, R 2 =4-Et, or X=R 1 =H, R 2 =4-iPr, or X=H, R 1 =2-Me, R 2 =4-Me, or X=H, R 1 =2-Me, R 2 =5-Me, or X=H, R 1 =3-Me, R 2 =4-Me, or X=R 1 =H, R 2 =4-OEt, or X=Br, R 1 =R 2 =H, or X=Br, R 1 =H, R 2 =4-C 6 H 13 , or X=R 1 =H, R 2 =2-F, or X=R 1 =H, R 2 =3-F, or X=R 1 =H, R 2 =4-F, or X=NO 2 , R 1 =R 2 =H.
