titleOfInvention Method of soft intraocular lens fixation without capsular support
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmosurgery and can be used for one-piece soft intraocular S-lens fixation. An additional 1.1 mm 6 o'clock paracentesis is performed before the implantation along the meridian. After the implantation, one support element is pinched in the incisional wound, strapped up and brought behind the iris. The needle is twice delivered through the paracentesis to form two loops ends of which are tied to form a fixing knot on the iris. The second support element is brought out into the incisional wound, pinched, secured and brought under the iris. The needle is twice delivered through the paracentesis to form two loops which are tied together to form a fixing knot on the iris and to align the intraocular lens. n EFFECT: method allows simplifying injuries and simplifying the surgical procedure. n 1 ex
