FIELD: metallurgy. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming. Alkaline metal salts are selected from the group consisting of alkaline metal sulphates, chlorides, nitrates, carbonates, formates, oxalates, sulphides, sulphites, bromides, iodides, fluorides, nitrides, nitrites, phosphates, phosphides, phosphites and acetates. These are mixed in water as solvent with metal, nonmetal or semimetal oxides selected from the group consists of CO 2 , CO, N 2 O 3 , N 2 O 5 , NO 2 , NO x , silicon oxide, aluminium oxide, tellurium oxide, germanium oxide, stibium oxide, gallium oxide, vanadium oxide, manganese oxide, chromium oxide, titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, cerium oxide, lanthanum oxide, cobalt oxide, copper oxide, iron oxide, silver oxide, tungsten oxide and zinc oxide. Obtained mix is heated to melting point of most refractory component and not lower than 400°C. Note here that alkaline metal salts are present at molar ratio of 1:1 or in excess with respect to metal, nonmetal or semimetal oxides. Obtained alkaline metal oxide can be used as material for coats from soot destruction at, particularly, ceramic filters. n EFFECT: alkaline metal alloys obtained at outermost layer of atoms. n 5 cl, 1 dwg, 5 ex |
