abstract FIELD: radio engineering, communication. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication systems. The invention discloses a method and an apparatus for transmitting a frame which is performed by a transmission STA in a WLAN system. The method of transmitting a frame according to the present invention includes generating an MAC protocol data unit (MPDU) to be transmitted to a target station, generating a PLCP protocol data unit (PPDU) by attaching a physical layer convergence procedure (PLCP) header to the MPDU, and transmitting the PPDU to the target station.
