titleOfInvention Method for simulating complicated duodenal stenosis
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves administering 3% hydrochloric acid into rats' duodenal submucosa through a puncture of an abdominal side wall. A laparotomy involves fixing an intestine preliminary with interrupted sutures applied through serous, muscular and submucosal duodenal layers. Fixing is performed so that to fix the j th intestinal circle. Seven to ten days after the laparotomy, a hydrochloric acid solution in a dose of 50 mcl is administered into three points by placing a needle tip first on an intestinal wall opposite to the puncture, thereafter moving it on the duodenal periphery at 45° by needle inclination. The administration is performed five times every 7 days. n EFFECT: method enables inducing the local cicatrical-ulcerous duodenal stenosis in each case of the conducted experiment. n 1 dwg
