abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery and cardiology, and can be used in carrying out stenting. Claimed is implanted medical device, representing cylindrical intra-luminal scaffold, made of multiple sections and bridge elements, which has luminal surface and abluminal surface, multiple through holes, located on sections and bridge elements. Antithrombotic coating is fixed only on luminal and abluminal surfaces and surfaces of walls of intra-luminal scaffold, and not on surface of through holes. Therapeutic preparation is located at least in one of multiple through holes, and therapeutic agent does not represent antithrombotic coating and is not covered with antithrombotic coating.
