titleOfInvention | Method of preparing catalyst and method of obtaining hydrogen peroxide |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining a catalyst of hydrogen oxidation by molecular oxygen to hydrogen peroxide, which includes stages of the application of metal precursors, namely aurum and palladium, on a carrier and thermal treatment. As aurum and palladium precursors applied are anion complexes [Pd(C 2 O 4 ) 2 ] 2- , [Pd(CN) 4 ] 2- , [PdCl 4 ] 2- , [AuCl 4 ] - , [AuBr 4 ] - in a combination with cation complexes [Pd(dien)H 2 O] 2+ , [Pd(en) 2 ] 2+ , [Au(pap) 2 ] + , [Au(en) 2 ] 3+ , [Au(dien)Cl] 2+ , [Au(HDMG) 2 ] + (where: pap = 2-phenylazophenyl, en = ethylenediamine, dien = diethylenetriamine, HDMG = monocharged anion of dimethylglyoxime HOH=C(-CH 3 )-C(-CH 3 )=NO - ), which form a poorlysoluble in water compound of complex salt in the process of interaction with each other. The invention also relates to the method of obtaining hydrogen peroxide by oxidation of hydrogen by molecular oxygen with the application of the claimed catalyst. n EFFECT: invention makes it possible to selectively carry out hydrogen peroxide synthesis due to high activity of the obtained catalysts. n 7 cl, 2 tbl, 8 ex |
