abstract |
FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: bone fragment is blown by jet of an ozone-air mixture with the concentration of ozone of 5-50 mg/m 3 for 7-10 min. After that, the said bone fragment is mechanically processed by hydrodynamic jet, which results in obtaining a blank. After that the blank is demineralised in an inorganic acid solution. The remains of acid are neutralised. Then, the blank is re-processed by blowing by the said ozone-air mixture in the same mode. n EFFECT: method provides complete sterilisation of bone implants with preservation of their osteoinductive properties. n 2 ex |
