abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: analysis of microcirculation is realised by the apparatus of laser Doppler fluometry "LAKK-2". A sensor is fixed on the palm surface of the forefinger, with the analysed hand being in a horizontal and immobile position. Recording of fluctuations of a microcirculation index is performed in a mode of red wave spectrum for 5 minutes. A number of heartbeats, a myogenic tone and the bypass indicator are determined. A coefficient of vegetative regulation coefficient (VRC) is calculated with taking into account the obtained parameters. If the VRC is 24.50-35.77, vegetative regulation is estimated as expressed sympathicotony; 19.50-24.49 - as mildly expressed sympathicotony; 16.20-19.49 - as eutony; 12.50-16.19 - as mild vagotony; 8.55-12.49 - as expressed vagotomy. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase reliability of vegetative regulation of the blood circulation system, which is achieved due to obtaining an integral coefficient, taking into account the indices of the number of heartbeats, the myogenic tone and the bypass indicator. n 2 dwg, 1 ex |
