The agent contains a tagged cystine compound having a structure I: wherein one of R and R' contains a tag specified in a fluorescent tag representing Bodipy, or a radioactive tracer specified in 11 C, 13 N, 15 O, 17 F, 18 F, 75 Br, 76 Br, 124 I, 123 I, 131 I and 77 Br, and the other of R and R' represents hydrogen.
