titleOfInvention Method of producing polyalkylene glycol di(meth)acrylates
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing polyalkylene glycol di(meth)acrylates. Described is a method of producing polyalkylene glycol di(meth)acrylates by reacting polyalkylene glycol with (meth)acrylic anhydride, wherein the polyalkylene glycol has weight-average molecular weight ranging from 1000 to 10000 g/mol, the reaction mixture is free of metal compounds and/or amines and solvents, the reaction is carried out in the presence of polymerisation inhibitors and the reaction temperature ranges from 70°C to 120°C and the obtained reaction mixture is treated by adding water, wherein the ratio of the weight of the treated reaction mixture to water ranges from 5:1 to 1:5. n EFFECT: obtaining polyalkylene glycol di(meth)acrylates, characterised by cost-effectiveness, high selectivity and absence of catalyst residues in the product. n 12 cl, 3 ex
