FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The combined frozen confectionary goods include a soft core of aerated ice-cream and a crispy coating of ice based on water without sugars or fat. The force for the blade penetration into the aerated ice-cream at -10°C does not exceed 100 N, preferably - 50 N and more preferably- 20 N. The core includes a freshening unit.
