abstract | FIELD: teaching. n SUBSTANCE: 0.2 g of caffeine is administered to a learner every day in the first half of the day with the subsequent performing breathing exercises, with the inclusion of the lower-abdominal, middle-costal and upper-clavicular lung fields. The inhale is made without stress, exhale is made with force with muscle tension of tongue and larynx through the nose, 3-5 times in succession. The exhale is performed completely with stomach suction, while inhaling through the nose the stomach is bulged.
