titleOfInvention Method of improvement of intellectual activity of learners
abstract FIELD: teaching. n SUBSTANCE: 0.2 g of caffeine is administered to a learner every day in the first half of the day with the subsequent performing breathing exercises, with the inclusion of the lower-abdominal, middle-costal and upper-clavicular lung fields. The inhale is made without stress, exhale is made with force with muscle tension of tongue and larynx through the nose, 3-5 times in succession. The exhale is performed completely with stomach suction, while inhaling through the nose the stomach is bulged. This is used in the morning hours for 10 minutes daily as a course of 5 procedures. n EFFECT: method enables to improve intellectual activity due to the combined effect of pharmacological preparation and special breathing exercises, to normalise the body psychophysical functions. n 1 tbl, 1 ex
