abstract FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: one performs carrots, bulb onions, parsley roots and celeriac cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, ziege cutting and frying in vegetable oil, part of carrots, part of bulb onions and ziege mixing and mincing, addition of semolina, part of salt, part of black hot pepper and allspice to produce mince. The mince is moulded to produce balls. The remaining carrots, the remaining bulb onions, parsley roots and celeriac are mixed and strained. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. One mixes the strained mass, pumpkin seeds extraction cake, tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, the remaining salt, the remaining black hot pepper, cloves and ginger, cooks the mixture and adds acetic acid to produce puree. The balls and puree are packed, sealed and sterilised. n EFFECT: reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
