abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. An implanted system for bone stabilisation provided with a component accommodating an elongated rod that has at least one segment wherein it can be attached to an attachment section, e.g. to a pedicular screw or clamp. The elongated rod is made of plastic transparent to X-rays, and is rigidly attached to an auxiliary element coupling the elongated rod to the above attachment section, on at least the above section. The above auxiliary element is structured from the outside to be attached to the attachment section and to conjunct the fit surface structure elements.
