abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine. In the process of realisation of method of regional consumption of oxygen and perfusion in patient volume of air inhaled by patient is determined. First regional lung volume in the first moment of the time of breath-holding procedure, when patient is holding breath, is measured in accordance with method of electric impedance tomography. First regional lung volume is compared with second regional lung volume, measured at the second moment of the time of breath-holding procedure with patient continuing to hold breath. Changes of regional air volume are determined. Value of regional oxygen consumption and value of regional perfusion are determined on the basis of said changes. n EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to select optimal lung ventilation and correct patient's position. n 16 cl, 7 dwg
