abstract | FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: method envisages preparation of recipe components, bulb onions milling, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the extraction cake mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, black hot pepper, cloves and laurel leaf, the mixture cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce, carrots, Bulb onions and parsley greens cutting and mixing to produce a sauce. Herring is cut and maintained in salt solution; the herring, garnish and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised. n EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
