titleOfInvention | Solution for obtaining magnetite coatings on steel |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of metals against corrosion, namely to solutions for obtaining magnetite coatings on steel, which protect metal from atmospheric corrosion after oiling. Solution for obtaining magnetite coating on steel contains components with the following ratio, wt %: 0.1-5.0 ammonium nitrate, 0.5-5.0 metal nitrate, 0.01-5.0 amide, 0.005-0.1 sulphur-containing salt 0.005-0.1, water - the remaining part. As metal nitrate, nitrate of alkali, alkali earth metal, aluminium, iron, zinc and nickel is used. As amide used is carbamide, formamide, dimethyformamide, amide of oleic acid, and as sulphur-containing salt, used is ammonium persulfate, magnesium sulfate, and calcium sulfate. n EFFECT: claimed solution makes it possible to reduce temperature, at which obtained are protective magnetite coatings, which with oiling provide efficient protection of steel products against atmospheric corrosion, making it possible to increase service terms of said products. n 4 cl, 2 tbl |
