abstract FIELD: process engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering and can be used for production of gas turbine engine elements. Specific features of this invention consist in that lengthwise and crosswise grooves 3 and 4 of mandrel 5 wind on crossing lengthwise and crosswise plies of grooves 7 and blades of grate section 1. Grooves are made in separation layer 13 of anti-adhesion elastic layer to make rows of rods 14 between grooves 3 for ribs 7, said rods being separated in said rows by said grooves 4 reinforced with metal ledges 15. Said ledges 14 are used in the mould for making the anti-adhesion elastic layer to make rows of rods 14 between grooves 3 for ribs 7. After polymerisation, ledges 15 are withdrawn in individual paths to extrude rods 14 of said anti-adhesion material from grate cells to be laid in space released by ledges 15. Section of said grate is secured by front bearing blade to the frame 49 of engine nacelle 50 and by rear blade 52 its is secured to moving cowl 53 of thrust reverser 2. n EFFECT: hi-tech design of thrust reverser, higher reliability. n 8 cl, 12 dwg
