abstract | FIELD: instrumentation.SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in preparation of specimens including at least one water-soluble analysed substance produced from food product and in making the cartridge for solid phase extraction including first and second sorbents arranged for absorption of various appropriate chemical components. Said cartridge has the chamber including first and second sorbents, inlet and outlet. Sorbents are stacked and composed of two layers inside said cartridge. First sorbent is composed of top layer on cartridge inlet side and comprises water-wettable inverted-phase polymer sorbent adapted to absorption of hydrophobic organic molecules. Second sorbent is arranged as the second layer on cartridge outlet side and comprises mixed silicate-based sorbent adapted to absorption of anion and cation components. Water specimen and admixtures are fed via inlet for dispersion of specimen in one of said first and second sorbents. Then, flushing fluid is forced through inlet to divide at least partially at least one water-soluble analysed substance and admixtures in said first and second sorbents. Then, at least one water soluble analysed substance elution from cartridge outlet is performed by injection of eluted via inlet.EFFECT: higher precision and reproducibility, decreased amount of errors.16 cl, 6 dwg |
