FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to a nutritional composition containing lipid or fat; a protein source; at least about 5 mg/100 kcal of a long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid source containing docosahexaenoic acid; and at least about 0.2 mg/100 kcal of a probiotic composition containing a number of oligosaccharides, so that an overall fermentation rate profile of the probiotic composition provides increasing an intestinal beneficent bacteria population for a long period of time, as well as 0.015 to 0.1 ppm (pg/mcg) of TGF-β.
