abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely, to dentistry, and is intended for application in reconstruction of frontal part of upper jaw. Dental volume tomography is preliminarily performed to patient. Its results are used to create stereolithographic model. Bone volume is compensated with wax in zone of defect on stereomodel. Sampling of bone autotransplant from donor area of chin part or from lower jaw branch is performed. Obtained bone autotransplant is fitted on sterile stereolithographic model with formation in it of, at least, one hole for screws. After obtaining accurate fitting of bone autotransplant, it is removed and placed into 0.9% NaCl solution. After that, mucous-periosteal flap is formed in frontal part of upper jaw in recipient area. 8-10 drainage, evenly distributed on area perforation holes are formed in cortical plate and bone autotransplant. After that, bone autotransplant is fixed in recipient area by means of screws. Mucous-periosteal flap is installed and fixed with interrupted sutures. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure high accuracy of bone unit fitting to alveolar part of bone and to create conditions for its engraftment due to fitting autotransplant on stereolithographic model before operation and creation of drainage perforation holes in cortical plate and transplant. n 2 ex
