titleOfInvention | Method for assessing inducing action of cytomegalovirus infection on hemoglobin oxygenation in third trimester of gestation with underlying hemoglobin and 2,3-bisphosphoglycerate measurement in peripheral red blood cells |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: to assess a threatening hypoxia formation in the third trimester of gestation, peripheral blood is analysed for a cytomegalovirus antibody titre, peripheral blood 2,3-diphosphoglycerate, haemoglobun by cytophotometry, and peripheral blood oxyhaemoglobin. If observing an increase of the cytomegalovirus antibody titre to 1:1600, 2,3-diphosphoglycerate to 7.2 mcmole/ml, a decrease of hemoglobin to 72.25 standard units, a decrease of oxyhaemoglobin to 96.0%, the threatening hypoxia is expected. n EFFECT: method provides studying the haemoglobin oxygenation pattern in peripheral red blood cells in the pregnant woman suffering aggravation of cytomegalovirus infection in the third trimester of gestation. n 2 dwg |
