titleOfInvention | Method for extraction of analgetic agents |
abstract | FIELD: biotechnologies. n SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for extraction of analgetic agents, which allows searching for biologically active substances with analgetic action on rows of NH-replaced anthroic acids (1), arylamides of NH-replaced anthroic acids (2), arylamides of N-acyl-N-alkenyl(alkyl)anthroic acids (3), amides and hydrazides of NH-acyl(halogen)anthroic acids (4) having a common fragment: carbonyl, phenyl radical and secondary or tertiary aminogroups, for which parameters of electron structure of molecules of compounds are determined and descriptors are chosen: Hartree-Fock energy (E hf ), total thermal energy (E term ), charges on atoms of nitrogen (qN), carbon (qC) and oxygen (qO); then, by means of three-parameter equations there calculated is analgetic activity (AAcalc) and compounds are selected, the theoretically calculated AA of which is equal to or exceeds that of the comparison preparation; the chosen compounds are synthesised and design data is confirmed experimentally on laboratory animals (AAexp). n EFFECT: method is cost-effective because it allows performing experimental screening investigations on animals not for all the volume of synthesised substances, but only those ones, the AA of which is equal to or exceeds an equivalent as to action. n 9 tbl, 3 ex |
