abstract | FIELD: process engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of coating on polymer surface by laser plating particularly in case said plastic and thermoplastic powder are mutually incompatible plastic materials. Method of application of coat 17 of thermoplastic material on substrate 11 made of polymer material. Note here that said thermoplastic material and said polymer material are incompatible. Proposed method comprises the steps that follow. First, said substrate is processed by first plasma discharge 12 or chemically active gas jet produced therefrom to obtain substrate 14 processed by plasma to ensure compatibility of substrate and coating surfaces.
