FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique of producing cis-1,4-polydienes by polymerising butadiene, isoprene or mixtures thereof in a medium of a hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of a rare-earth element based Ziegler-Natta catalyst.
