titleOfInvention Concrete mixture for monolithic concrete casting
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to composition of a concrete mixture for monolithic concrete casting. The concrete mixture for monolithic concrete casting contains binder, quartz sand, 5-20 mm granite chips, hardening retarder Centrament Retard, polycarboxylate-based plasticiser Muraplast FK-63 and water, and is characterised by that it further contains fine mineral powder MP-1, and the binder used is portland slag cement with the following ratio of components, wt %: portland slag cement 14.8-15.3, quartz sand 42.3-43.1, chips 25.9-26.2, mineral powder MP-1 6.4-6.9, said superplasticiser 2.8-3.3, hardening retarder 0.08-0.09, water - the balance. n EFFECT: longer life of the concrete mixture, preventing demixing of the mixture, which enables the mixture to reach hard to reach places when concrete casting large structures, obtaining quality concrete of given density and corrosion resistance, providing crack resistance of monolithic concrete when concrete casting large structures. n 4 tbl
