abstract | FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used for production of met-based oil-containing products and emulsion type oil-containing food products. The oil composition intended for introduction into food products represents a mixture of an edible vegetable oil and meat broth The ratio of oil to broth is equal to 1:1-1:3. The said oil composition production method envisages production of an edible vegetable oil and meat broth. Then one mixes the edible vegetable oil and meat broth at a ratio of 1:1 - 1:3 at a temperature of 0°C - 15°C. The produced composition is introduced into meat-based food products.
