titleOfInvention | Curtailed secretable aspartyl-proteinase 2 |
abstract | FIELD: biotechnologies. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polypeptide of curtailed secretable aspartyl-proteinase 2, which is able to efficiently provoke antibody-mediated and cellular immune reactions at C.albicans and containing an amino acid sequence corresponding to SEQ ID NO:1; or a functionally equivalent polypeptide, which has an amino acid sequence produced from the SEQ ID NO:1 by means of one or more conservative substitutions of amino acids, besides, the specified polypeptide at least by 80% is identical to the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:1 for the entire length of SEQ ID NO:1. Also a polynucleotide is disclosed, which codes the specified polypeptide, an expression vector comprising the specified polynucleotide, a host cell for production of the specified polypeptide containing the specified vector. Compositions are disclosed for treatment or prevention of the infection Candida albicans, containing the specified polypeptide or polynucleotide in the efficient amount, and also the method for treatment and prevention of the infection Candida albicans using these compositions. Also a set is disclosed for diagnostics of the infection Candida albicans, containing the specified polypeptide and/or the specified polynucleotide and a reagent for detection of complexes that include the specified polypeptide. n EFFECT: invention makes it possible to efficiently provoke antibody-mediated and cellular immune reactions and has no disadvantages available in full-size aspartyl proteinase of wild type. n 18 cl, 7 dwg, 1 tbl |
