abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to aesthetic surgery, and may be used for a lower-lid blepharoplasty technique. A linear transconjunctival incision extends to 3 cm, and fat herniation is removed therefrom. A conjunctival wound is not closed. That is combined with the single-step lower-lid skin exposure to erbium laser in a pulse mode, laser spot 6 mm, power 7 kJ/mm 2 . n EFFECT: method enables improving the cosmetic effect of the surgery and reducing the postoperative complications ensured by the surgical approach avoiding the formation of postoperative crusting and scarring, and the exposure to laser light ensuring contraction of the deep derma layers. n 1 ex
