titleOfInvention | Method of treating cough accompanying bronchial asthma in children |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely allergology and physiotherapy, and may be used for treating cough accompanying bronchial asthma in children. For this purpose, therapeutic inhalations are combined by ultrasonic aerosol inhalations of the mineral water "Amur 2" consisting of cations and metal ions: chlorides 15.6 mg/dm 3 , hydrocarbonates 1122.4 mg/dm 3 , sulphates 87.04 mg/dm 3 fluorides 1.33 mg/dm 3 , calcium 166.3 mg/dm 3 , magnesium 82.7 mg/dm 3 , potassium 31.5 mg/dm 3 , sodium 70.7 mg/dm 3 , at aerosol temperature 38 degrees, twice a day for 10 minutes, daily, in the course of 5-7 days. n EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness in cough accompanying bronchial asthma in children due to the anti-inflammatory, mucolytic and secretory effect of mineral water while reducing additional drug load on the body and reducing the length of treatment with its simplicity and accessibility. n 1 ex |
