FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and gene therapy, and may be used in regenerative medicine, traumatology, transplantology and neurobiology. A method for stimulating the recovered peripheral tissue innervation following an injury comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of a plasmid vector containing the BDNF-coding nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO:1, or a plasmid vector containing the human wild-type uPA (NM002658) coding nucleotide sequence, or combinations thereof, or combinations of the plasmid vector containing the BDNF-coding nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO:1 and a plasmid vector containing a stromal cell factor SDF-1 coding optimised nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 2. n EFFECT: method enables a faster posttraumatic recovery of the peripheral nerve structure and patency due to a local increase of neurotrophic factor production. n 3 cl, 9 dwg, 4 ex |
