abstract FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compounds of formula I wherein R 1 is specified in a group consisting of hydrogen and linear C 1 -C 3 alkyl; R 2 represents hydrogen or methyl; R 3 is specified in a group consisting of hydrogen, C 1 -C 2 -alkyl and C 1 -C 2 -alkoxy, R 4 represents C 1 -C 2 -alkyl; n represents 0, 1 or 2; and physiologically stable salts of these compounds. The invention also refers to a pharmaceutical composition containing at least one compound of formula (I) and possessing dopamine D 3 receptor activity and selectivity to the use of the compounds of formula I for treating the disorders responsive to the effect of dopamine D 3 receptor antagonists, and further to a method of treating the disorders responsive to the effect of dopamine D 3 receptor antagonists and dopamine D 3 agonists that involves administering an effective amount of at least one compound or a physiologically stable acid addition salt of formula I to an individual in need thereof. n EFFECT: there are prepared and described new compounds which can find the application in treating the diseases of the nervous system. n 27 cl, 18 ex, 1 tbl
