abstract FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods of obtaining sorbent for separation of atherogenic low density lipoproteins (LPLD) from blood plasma. One of methods includes preliminary heating of inorganic porous granules of silica gel to 120-150°C, hard phase reaction of preliminarily heated silica gel with polyhydroxyfullerene C 60 (OH) 12-24 at pressure 10 -5 mm Hg and temperature 120°C and following mixing for 50-60 h. Also claimed is method for removing LPLD, which includes preliminary heating of inorganic porous granules of silica gel to 120-150°C, addition of dimethyldichlorosilane at 120°C and 10 -5 mm Hg, with reaction ~Si-OH+Cl 2 SiMe 2 →~Si-O-Si(Me 2 )Cl taking place. After that, dimethyldichlorosilane that did not react, is removed, solution of polyhydroxyfullerene C 60 (OH) x , where x= 12-24 in dry tetrahydrofuran is added to chlorinated silica gel and reaction -(Me 2 )Si-Cl+C 60 (OH) 12-24 →~Si-O-(Me 2 )-Si-O-C 60 (OH) x-1 is carried out for a day.
