titleOfInvention Method for detecting exogenicous steroids in human biological fluid
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: what is described is a method for detecting exogenous steroids in a human biological fluid involving preparing a sample by extraction, evaporating the extract, dissolving a dry residue in the mobile phase followed by chromatographic separation and photoionisation mass spectrometry analysis of the sample, and recording the results to detect steroids with the chromatographic separation of the sample carried out in a column of porous graphite; a mobile phase of the photoionisation includes the substances cross section of material with low photon absorption section and low ionisation potential; and chromatographic separation of the sample is carried out at temperature of at least 100°C. n EFFECT: extended range of steroids to be detected ensured by higher selectivity and ensured detection of isomers, reduced length of the analysis. n 2 cl, 10 tbl, 8 ex
