titleOfInvention Method for evaluating lymphocyte effect on developing endothelial dysfunction
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: patient's peripheral venous blood 5 ml is taken; blood 2 ml is centrifuged in ficoll-verografin density gradient ρ=1077. Phase-contrast microscopy is used to count lymphocytes in 10 visual fields per 4 cm 2 to determine cytoplasm membrane vesiculation. The lymphocyte and microparticle coefficients are calculated providing the following criteria: lymphocyte count up to 100 cells in 10 visual fields corresponds to coefficient 1, more than 100 cells - to coefficient 2, endothelial microparticle count in 10 visual fields up to 50 pieces corresponds to coefficient 1, more than 50 pieces - to coefficient 2. Further, these coefficients are related: if the vesiculation lymphocyte and endothelial microparticle coefficients are related as 1:1, then the involvement of lymphocytes in developing endothelial dysfunction is stated, and the vesiculation and microparticles related as 2:1 show the low involvement of the lymphocytes in developing dysfunction endothelium, while the vesiculation and microparticle coefficients related as 1:2 or 2:2 enable stating the severe endothelial dysfunction. n EFFECT: invention ensures evaluating the severity of the endothelial dysfunction that provides a basis to predict the risk of developing vascular complications and optimising the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. n 4 dwg, 4 tbl, 5 ex
