abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to obtain a radiopharmaceutical agent based on the rhenium-188 radionuclide. Sodium tungstate solution containing tungsten-188 and rhenium-188 radionuclides is mixed with 0.1-1.0 M hydrochloric acid solution to obtain a solution having pH 2-4. The obtained solution is passed through a column with a sorbent in form of aluminium oxide in H + form, and washed with 0.9% sodium chloride solution having pH 5-7. Tungsten-188 is held on the sorbent until accumulation of the rhenium-188 radionuclide thereon for 4 days. Discrete elution is carried out with portions of sodium chloride solution through the column with a sorbent, wherein the first and last portions of the eluate are discharged separately from the middle portion which is the end product which contains the rhenium-188 radionuclide with the maximum volume activity. n EFFECT: high volume activity of the generator-produced rhenium-188 radionuclide and wider field of use thereof. n 4 cl, 1 dwg |
