FIELD: electricity. n SUBSTANCE: production of a ceramic anode structure includes stages: (A) production of a suspension by dispersion of a powder of electroconductive phase (niobium-alloyed strontium titanate, vanadium-alloyed strontium titanate, tantalum-alloyed strontium titanate and their mixture) and addition of a binder into the dispersion. (B) sintering of the suspension from the stage (A). (C) production of a precursor solution of cerium dioxide, where the solution contains a dissolvent and a surfactant. D) impregnation of the produced sintered structure from the stage (B) with the precursor solution from the stage (C). (E) baking of the produced structure from the stage (D), and (F) performance of stages (D)-(E), at least once. n EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce an anode structure more resistant to environmental variations. n 20 cl, 5 dwg |
