FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a food composition usage in infant and children alimentation. The composition contains a sphingophospholipid, sphingomyelin or ceramide, a lysosphingophospholipid, sphingoid phosphate, sphingoid base and at least one indigestible carbohydrate. The indigestible carbohydrate may be represented by fructooligosaccharides, galactooligosaccharides, glucooligosaccharides, arabinooligosaccharides, mannan-oligosaccharides, xylooligosaccharides, fucooligosaccharides, arabinogalactooligosaccharides, glucomannooligosaccharides, galactomann oligosaccharides, sialic acid oligosaccharides and uronic acid oligosaccharides. n EFFECT: composition increases the prebiotic index and enhances the ratio of Bifidobacteria to the total bacterial mass. n 11 cl, 2 tbl, 3 ex |
