abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: microfluid device for clotting time determination in a fluid medium comprises: a unit (1) for introducing a fluid medium sample coupled with a distribution capillary channel (2); a first section (6a) and a second section (6b) coupled with the unit (1) and enabling the lengthwise motion of the fluid medium; a first area (5a) in the beginning of the first section containing a reagent reacting with the mentioned fluid medium; and a scanning area. In the second section (6b), there is no reagent reacting with the mentioned fluid medium, and in the beginning the second section (6b) there is a second area (5b) containing a reagent different from the reagent in the first area (5a). Each of the sections (6a) and (6b) contains starting from the distribution channel (2), initially the areas (5a) and (5b) and at least one microfluid channel in the scanning area (8). The group of inventions also refers to a coagulometer containing a slot for introducing said device, a method for producing said device and a method of clotting time determination in the fluid medium with the use thereof. n EFFECT: higher analysis accuracy with the decreased amount of the blood sample required for analysis. n 29 cl, 17 dwg, 2 tbl
